When afflicted with an anxiety disorder, some people turn to therapy, others to meditation, and others to unbridled abuse of life-threatening substances. Kelsey and Helen have chosen a fusion of all three while navigating the sorrows and joys of post-grad existence. One is pursuing her love of literature at Trinity College in Ireland, and the other is experimenting with a full-time job at a Silicon Valley tech startup.
